With your booking, you agree with our conditions.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;20px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css_animation=&#8221;&#8221; row_type=&#8221;row&#8221; use_row_as_full_screen_section=&#8221;no&#8221; type=&#8221;grid&#8221; angled_section=&#8221;no&#8221; text_align=&#8221;left&#8221; background_image_as_pattern=&#8221;without_pattern&#8221; z_index=&#8221;&#8221; padding_bottom=&#8221;50&#8243;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Reservations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>We will confirm your reservation through email after reservation.<\/li>\n<li>Please check the confirmation on accuracy and let us know if there are any errors.<\/li>\n<li>The details on the confirmation are binding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Rates<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>All prices are in U.S. dollars.<\/li>\n<li>The rate given on the confirmation and invoice is binding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Payments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Payments may be made to our account in Europe (euros) or to our local bank account on Bonaire (dollars). If you pay in euros, please calculate the amount due from dollars to euros at the time of payment (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.wisselkoers.nl\">www.wisselkoers.nl<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Payment with credit card is also possible (+3,5% banking fee Bonaire). Through our booking form you can share your credit card details in a secure way.<\/li>\n<li>After receiving a down payment of 25% of the total amount due, your booking is final.<\/li>\n<li>The remaining amount is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.<\/li>\n<li>If you book your stay 4 weeks or less before arrival, the whole booking amount is due at the time of booking.<\/li>\n<li>Any booking that is not fully paid for 4 weeks prior to the planned arrival date, may be cancelled by Isla apartments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Cancellation<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>In the event of cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival, we will refund the down payment in full.<\/li>\n<li>Full payment is due in the event of a cancellation within 4 weeks of the planned arrival date, a no-show, or an early departure. We advise to take travel\/cancellation insurance.<\/li>\n<li>If Isla apartments needs to cancel the booking due to an event of force majeure, we will give the customer a full refund. Isla shall, however, have no further liability to the guests arising out of such cancellation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Arrival and departure<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Check-in time is 3 PM, checkout time 11 AM. You may check-in earlier or checkout later free of charge (depending availability).<\/li>\n<li>In case of an early check-in or late checkout without availability of your apartment, you may use our facilities like the storage and changing room, the shower\/toilet, swimming pool and pool deck with sunbeds, free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Occupancy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Maximum occupancy for the apartments is 4 persons.<\/li>\n<li>The minimum age of our guests is 12 years.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are not allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Additional <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>It is prohibited to play loud music or to have a party at Isla apartments.
